Sustainability Sustainability means caring, quality and safety
We operate in an environment that existed for ages before us, and will live on after us. We respect the whole of nature. We believe in human virtues.
For us, sustainability and responsibility means taking action. We have been part of the circular economy before the term was even coined. The principles of social responsibility are our anchoring strengths. We welcome good people from all sorts of backgrounds.
We have a firm footing in the land, and a strong grasp of the changing needs of specialised construction. The core of our work is assessed through independent verifiable certifications.
We have been helping to build Finland for more than half a century. We will continue to be easily accessible to our customers.

RTA’s principles guide our culture:
- The most important phases of a construction project are simple to list: the start, the finish, and being proactive in the middle.
- There is also a simple formula for dealing with difficulties: gain a good overview of it, identify the alternatives, and arrive at solutions together.
- Playhouses and power plants are built with the same awareness that the customer matters most.
- We are more than serious about everything we do.
- We believe in genuine, face-to-face interactions.

- Three things matter most: safety, safety and safety.
- The pursuit of quality in everything we do is a matter of principle for us. Precision, understanding and professional pride are indispensable to quality. Quality means not wasting the customer’s time or money.
